Sponges are made of plastic, latex, foam material.

To clean let sit in a clear, clean container or glass with mild liquid soap, preferably dawn or like substance, along with a tsp. of olive oil, until product begins to show in container or glass. Squeeze, rinse and repeat in mixture until sponge is clean, lay flat to dry on paper towel or holder.
