Cancellation Policy
At Pretty Please Makeup Studio, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Therefore, we have established a cancellation policy to ensure fairness to both our clients and our team.
Cancellation Notice
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the service, in addition to the right to refuse any future services from being booked.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you find yourself in such a situation, as we may be able to make accommodations on a case-by-case basis.
